I might consider putting some additional tilt to EM. International small cap (VSS, does seem to cover both developed & emerging markets) International value (VTRIX) (would prefer to replace with lower cost alternative) Right now I would have 3 international funds: Yeah, 5 domestic since I didn't see a fund that contained large, mid, and small cap value when looking at Vanguard's options, but maybe suggestions on here will reveal further options. I want to tilt both to value & to small, not just to the intersection of them (small value). I don't mind having that # of funds it isn't that much additional work compared to fewer. Though I'm not pleased with the 0.46% ER.
